“Do What You Love”

When Project Management and Event Coordination
Come Together

With 9+ years of experience leading end-to-end events and complex programs across university, corporate, and agency settings, I specialize in bringing clarity to fast-moving work, managing high-touch stakeholders, and delivering seamless experiences from concept through on-site execution with a project management–led approach to any event.

My event foundation started at the University at Buffalo, where I served as International Council Coordinator, operating as a one-person event lead supporting over 90 student leaders across more than 24 student led organizations, managing a $35K budget, and producing large-scale campus events for a 25,000+ student community, including International Fiesta Dance Competition, one of the largest events hosted on campus.

I moved into corporate events at Wine Enthusiast, planning client wine tastings, internal events for 300+ employees, and large holiday gifting programs with full ownership of vendors, logistics, timelines, and guest experience.

Most recently, as a Remote Senior Project Manager in the Ad Agency world, I’ve continued planning internal team events alongside high-stakes client work.

On a personal note and most recently, I project-managed my own California wedding as a full-scale production, coordinating vendors, contracts, and run-of-show remotely from New York, delivering way under budget without sacrificing quality.
